Booking Deposit

To lock in your adventure:

• 50% deposit required for bookings made more than 30 days before collection. The remaining 50% must be paid one week before your gear is picked up.
• Full payment (100%) is required for bookings made within 30 days of your collection date.

Cancellation Policy

• 1–29 days before arrival: You'll get 10% of your total rental fee back.
• 30+ days before arrival: You’ll get 90% of your total rental fee back.

All cancellations must be sent to us in writing.

Breakage Deposit & Excess

A refundable breakage deposit is required before collection. This will be returned to you within 5 working days of drop-off — provided everything is returned in good condition.

Breakage deposit amounts:

• R1,000 – Fridges & Smaller Gear
• R3,000 – Rooftop tents and larger Gear
• R5,000 – Trailers (includes gear & equipment)

Any damage, repairs, or missing items will be deducted from the deposit.

Fitment & Collection

All gear collections and trailer fitments are done at our premises only.
